## Problem or Reason for Work

Wet-area joints can look rough long before the rest of the bathroom needs work. When silicone is pulling away, mouldy, or already patched, the right scope is usually to remove failed material and rebuild the joint properly.

## Process

- Check whether the existing bead is sound enough for local repair or needs full removal.
